Safety Assessment Engineer (m/f/x) – TEKEVER UAS

What will be your responsibilities:

• Conduct safety assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in our products.
• Ensure that our products meet industry safety standards and regulations.
• Work with the design and engineering teams to develop and implement safety strategies.
• Develop safety requirements and specifications for new products.
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
• Prepare safety reports and documentation.
• Perform safety testing and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry safety standards and regulations.

 

Profile and requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations, such as DO-178, DO-254, DO-278, ARP-4754, ARP-4761, ATSM F3309M-20, ASTM F3230-21a and MIL-STD-882 is a strong plus.
• Experience with safety analysis tools and techniques, such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAS related regulations such as (EU) 2019/945 and 2019/94, SORA, Special Conditions Light-UAS is a nice to have.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
• Good time management and organization skills;
• Knowledge of English: reading, understanding and speaking (preferred);
• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to solve problems, team spirit, proactivity and dynamism.
