Job Overview:

Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic initiatives? As our IT Business Analyst, you'll join a team that’s disrupting the industry. You'll work closely with leaders to align business strategies with technological solutions, optimize processes, and pioneer innovative ways of working in a fast-evolving environment.

What will be your responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  - Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  - Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Process Improvement:

- - Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  - Recommend and design optimized workflows, implementing innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- - Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
  - Conduct workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- - Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  - Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

Project Support:

- - Work with project managers to ensure business goals align with project deliverables.
  - Assist in the creation of user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful solution implementation.

ERP System Implementation & Support:

- Work with business and product owners to define scope and requirements for ERP Procure to Pay projects.
- Map business processes in the context of ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using industry best practices.

Profile and requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.

Experience:
Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Operations functions.
Proven experience in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
Experience working on global projects across multiple geographical locations is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
Proficient in JIRA/Confluence for requirement tracking and project management.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
