Job Overview:
Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic initiatives? As our IT Business Analyst, you'll join a team that’s disrupting the industry. You'll work closely with leaders to align business strategies with technological solutions, optimize processes, and pioneer innovative ways of working in a fast-evolving environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Process Improvement:

- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and design optimized workflows, implementing innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

Project Support:

- Work with project managers to ensure business goals align with project deliverables.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful solution implementation.

ERP System Implementation & Support:

- Work with business and product owners to define scope and requirements for ERP Procure to Pay projects.
- Map business processes in the context of ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using industry best practices.
Profile and requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
Experience:
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Operations functions.
- Proven experience in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Experience working on global projects across multiple geographical locations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficient in JIRA/Confluence for requirement tracking and project management.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
