Your Mission
As an Internal Communications Specialist, youâll be at the heart of fostering a connected and informed workforce. Your role will involve creating and executing effective communication strategies that support company initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with TEKEVERâs goals,culture, and mission.
- Serve as the key liaison between HR and employees to ensure transparency and clarity on company policies, initiatives, and organizational changes.
- Create engaging and clear messaging for different stakeholder groups (corporate staff, teams,leadership).
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels such as Teams, Office tools,newsletters, and intranet to ensure timely and effective information flow.
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and other internal initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Plan and execute internal events and initiatives in partnership with the Communications and Recruitment teams.
- Organize company-wide meetings, town halls, and other events to promote open communication and alignment with business goals.
- Create and manage content for internal platforms, ensuring it resonates with employees and promotes engagement.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve strategies.~
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational development.
What are we looking for:
- Experience: 7+ years in Internal Communications, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Public Relations â preferably within tech or IT industries.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to craft clear and compelling messages, and experience with internal communication platforms and tools.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and other teams to align communication strategies.
- Creativity: Strong content creation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to various internal audiences.
- Flexibility: Availability to travel as required and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proactivity: Comfortable taking initiative and proposing creative ideas to keep employees engaged and informed.
