Job Overview:

Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic HR initiatives? As our HR Business Partner, you'll join a team that's disrupting the industry, working closely with leaders to align people strategies with company goals, foster employee engagement, and pioneer innovative, agile ways of working in a fast-changing environment.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Tekever Global Strategy by seamlessly executing the company HR Plan.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the UK to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and providing tailored HR solutions when necessary.
  • Establishing long-term partnerships with both internal teams (people managers and employees) and external parties (vendors, HR consultants, universities, etc.).
  • Collaborating with the Global HR Team on cross-functional initiatives to deliver top-quality HR support for all employees.
  • Enhancing recruitment strategies by assisting in the creation and implementation of new assessment methodologies.
  • Contributing to HR reporting processes, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Acting as an ambassador for TEKEVER’s culture, consistently embodying and promoting the company’s values.

Profile and requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational organisation or consultancy.
  • Skills:
  • Proven expertise in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, change management, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Ability to define and shape strategic frameworks while maintaining a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Solid experience in project management.
  • High proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google)
  • Experience in the Defence Industry is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
  • Location: Bath area.
