Your Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
    • Optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
    • Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance the reliability, scalability and security of ATLAS infrastructure
    • Work closely with development and operations teams to optimize performance and streamline workflows
    • Manage and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring cost-effective scaling
    • Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for system health analysis
    • Enhance system security, implementing best practices for access control, encryption and compliance
    • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system resilience
    • Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native services
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki)
  • Familiarity with networking, security best practices and access management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with serverless architectures and cloud automation
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Exposure to high-availability and fault-tolerant system designs
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Understanding of geospatial data processing and real-time data pipelines
