About ATLAS:ย ATLAS, our advanced geospatial intelligence platform, integrates UAV data, external sensors and AI-driven analytics to deliver actionable insights. We are looking for an ATLAS Support Engineer to provide 2nd line support to our customers, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting complex issues and enhancing the overall user experience.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support for ATLAS customers, resolving escalated issues that require in-depth investigation
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve software, integration and performance issues related to ATLAS
- Work closely with 1st line support teams, guiding them in resolving common issues and identifying trends
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Product teams to escalate, reproduce and document critical issues
- Assist customers with configuration, deployment and integration of ATLAS with their systems
- Monitor and analyze system logs, API requests and network traffic to diagnose problems
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides and FAQs
- Support software updates, patches and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users
- Provide guidance to customers on best practices and usage of ATLAS
Profile and requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, system administration or software troubleshooting role
- Strong knowledge of Linux-based environments and ability to analyze logs and system performance
- Experience troubleshooting web applications, APIs and network connectivity issues
- Familiarity with SQL and database queries to assist with issue diagnosis
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, debugging API requests and integrations
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation and debugging
- Experience with monitoring tools (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for analyzing system health
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Understanding of geospatial data, mapping tools or GIS platforms is a plus
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud-based troubleshooting
- Prior experience supporting defense, industrial or mission-critical systems
