Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development professional to lead talent initiatives and drive workforce growth. The role involves designing our Talent Development strategy, managing and implementing all the tools from Performance Management, Learning, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and so on.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, analyze workforce trends, and champion cultural and organizational change. Strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of human development, communication, and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, impactful position. What will be your responsibilities:

Learning

  • Identify competency development needs for integration into the annual training program.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the execution of the annual training program.
  • Coordinate internal training initiatives, track all training activities, and evaluate their outcomes.
  • Develop training programs in collaboration with providers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and propose executive training solutions tailored to diverse departments and business needs.
  • Strategize, design, and execute employee training programs.
  • Analyse training KPIs and present actionable insights.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication efforts in partnership with the Communication Department.

Development

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess talent needs.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Drive cultural change within the organization by leveraging HR strategies such as performance management, talent development, and leadership programs.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives, high-potential programs, and career progression strategies.
  • Offer coaching and mentoring to managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Use HR analytics to identify workforce trends, improve engagement, and optimize productivity.
  • Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement while ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

Profile and requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Proficient in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration and trust across diverse teams.
  • High sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and coach HR teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and applying a problem-solving approach to address complex challenges.
  • Expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Adept at presenting People & Culture strategies across all organizational levels with clarity and confidence.
