TEKEVER Defence is responsible for the development and delivery of TEKEVER’s capability offering to the defence market. It is split into 5 main departments: Engineering; Capabilities and
Concepts; Delivery; Operations; and Business Development and Strategy. The Operations unit is responsible for delivering training, maintenance, demonstration, and test and evaluation activity for our Defence platforms worldwide. The unit consists of teams of deployable pilots and field service engineers.
We are seeking skilled field service engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for UAV modifications, integration, and maintenance at various locations, including customer sites, engineering facilities, and occasionally in more challenging, remote, or hostile environments.

What will be your responsibilities:
- Perform UAV system modifications, hardware integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct installations and maintenance of UAVs at various client locations.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
- Support the development of training materials and deliver training to clients in both benign and hostile environments.
- Provide technical support and solutions in both on-site and remote locations.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Profile and requirements:
- Experience in UAV systems, avionics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven technical knowledge and hands-on experience with UAV modifications and
integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including remote or hostile conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients
and technical teams. - Technical degree or certification in UAV systems, electronics, avionics, or related field.
- Experience in field service or technical support roles, ideally in aerospace or similar industries.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to client sites, including international deployments.
- Relevant certifications in UAV operation and safety are desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
- Military or aviation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) is an advantage.
